Day 3018 (Friday) 12th  September 2025

This is Ventimiglia market, which is where we went today.

It was a very disappointing shopping day and neither of us got anything. We didn’t last very long because it was so packed. I think next time we’ll go to Bordighera, which has a very similar market on a Thursday but it’s nowhere as big as Ventimiglia. Or we wait a few months for all the tourists to go home and then it’ll be a lot more comfortable.

After the market we went for lunch in our usual café and washed down our lunch with a beer from Sardinia.
