On the coastal strip, due to a landslide, traffic on the RD 2204a (La Trinité) has been disrupted since Monday at 5:30am for an indefinite period. Due to a falling tree, traffic on RM 2564 (Èze) has been cut off in both directions on the Grande Corniche since Monday 6:30am and due to a risk of the retaining walls collapsing on the grounds of the Villa Beau Site, the City of Nice has issued an urgent safety order and decided to cut off Boulevard Carnot (RM6098) on Basse Corniche between Nice Port and Villefranche.   Day 2453 (Sunday) 25 th February 2024 This is Cagnes sur Mer and this is Place Massena in Nice, which looked really different today. We had a beautiful pink sky last night. It was a beautiful sunny day this morning but they are predicting rain later on so we went to Nice early. Nice was super-busy with tourists everywhere – it looked like summer. We parked the scooter and immediately saw these statues outside a café. Every year they have a different theme… From February 17 th to March 3 rd 2024. Parades of Corsi Carnavalesques (day and night) and flower battles, entertainment, shows... are organised. This year's theme is the " King of Pop Culture ", the Carnival of the great figures of Manga, video games and series. We went straight to Place Massena and it looked great.
